How much will my clean cost?
We work on a transparent, flat hourly rate pricing structure. The number of hours required for your clean will depend on the size of your property. Please see the booking page for a quote.
Do I need to provide equipment and cleaning products?
Your cleaner will be fully equipped with everything needed for the job, including all equipment and cleaning products. We will be happy to accommodate any speical requirements, such as use of your own chemicals.
How do I pay for my clean?
Once the clean is completed to your satisfaction, we will provide you with an invoice which includes all the options for payment.
How do I know I can trust my cleaner?
As a reputable firm our professional team is carefully vetted and monitored using identity and DBS checks. We only work with experienced professionals and have never had an instance where integrity has been called into question.
How long will my clean take?
This will depend on the size and layout of your property. Initial or deep cleans will require more time than regular cleans. Please see the booking page or contact us for an estimate.
Your cleaner will be pleased to discuss your expectations at the beginning of your appointment to enure there will be enough time to clean to your satisfaction.
Are there any hidden costs?
The hourly price we quote will be the price you pay. All materials and additional costs are included in the price quoted.
On rare occasions where we have not conducted a survey, we may need more time than expected to complete a deep clean to your satisfaction. This is something your cleaner will be able to discuss at the beginning of your appointment.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
Our friendly team are trained to respond to your feedback and ensure satisfaction in the first instance. Please discuss with your cleaner if there is anything you are unhappy with.

Do I have to give you a key to my property?
We have appointments available at flexible times to suit you so we can ensure you are in at the time of your appointment. Many clients trust us to safely take care of their keys and clean when they are not at home. Please contact us if you are interested in this service. An initial survey is required.
